- Develop and maintain comprehensive compliance frameworks for federal regulatory requirements

- Prepare detailed compliance reports for senior leadership and congressional oversight committees
- Train staff on federal regulations and ethical standards
- Monitor legislative changes and update compliance protocols accordingly
- Coordinate with federal agencies to ensure consistent regulatory application
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Law, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of federal compliance experience
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain one)
- Expert knowledge of federal regulatory frameworks (CFR, FACA, etc.)
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with GSA compliance tracking systems
- U.S. citizenship required
