Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to federal regulations (FAR, DFARS, CFR) for government contracts
- Conduct compliance audits and prepare detailed documentation for federal agencies
- Collaborate with legal teams to develop mitigation strategies for compliance gaps
- Manage vendor certification processes for federal procurement systems
- Train stakeholders on federal compliance requirements and updates
- Generate real-time compliance dashboards for agency oversight
- Coordinate with OMB and GSA on regulatory changes and implementation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Law, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years federal compliance experience with government contracts
- Active Security Clearance (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency in SAM.gov and FPDS-NG systems
- Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or equivalent
- Expert knowledge of FAR Part 31 and Cost Accounting Standards
- Exceptional written communication for regulatory documentation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
