Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal compliance or regulatory experience
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency in remote collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, SharePoint)
- Knowledge of DHS and federal regulatory frameworks
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills
- Certification in Federal Compliance (FCI) preferred
- U.S. citizenship required
