Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce federal regulations for agency operations in the Louisville region
- Conduct thorough audits of compliance documentation and internal processes
- Develop and implement corrective action plans for identified regulatory gaps
- Liaise with federal agencies and local stakeholders on compliance matters
- Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for senior leadership
- Train staff on updated federal policies and procedures
- Manage confidential case files with strict adherence to security protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Criminal Justice, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of federal compliance or regulatory experience
- Active federal security clearance (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Proficiency with federal regulatory frameworks (CFR, FISMA, HIPAA)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
