Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce federal regulatory compliance across agency operations
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for security protocols
- Develop and implement compliance training programs for federal staff
- Collaborate with DOJ and DHS leadership on policy updates
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for congressional oversight
- Manage sensitive data in accordance with FISMA standards
- Lead cross-agency audits and remediation initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years federal compliance experience (DHS/DOJ preferred)
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- Advanced certification in Federal Compliance (e.g., CFCP, CFCS)
- Expert knowledge of FISMA, HIPAA, and CFR regulations
- Proven experience with GSA Schedule management
- Strong analytical and report-writing capabilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
