Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce federal regulatory compliance across Florida state agencies
- Coordinate with local government officials to implement federal mandates
- Conduct thorough audits of state programs for adherence to federal guidelines
- Develop compliance training materials for state and local stakeholders
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for federal oversight committees
- Collaborate with DOJ and OMB representatives on regulatory updates

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Law, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of federal compliance experience in state/local government
- Active Secret security clearance (must obtain within 60 days)
- Expert knowledge of CFR Title 44 and Florida Statutes Chapter 252
- Proficient in GSA MAX and SAM.gov systems
- Certified Federal Compliance Officer (CFCO) designation
- Experience managing multi-agency emergency response protocols
- Demonstrated success in implementing federal grants at state level
