Responsibilities
- Ensure strict adherence to federal compliance regulations (FAR, DFARS, VA directives)
- Conduct comprehensive audits of veteran benefit programs and service delivery
- Develop/implement compliance protocols for Milwaukee regional operations
- Collaborate with legal teams to resolve regulatory discrepancies
- Train staff on federal compliance standards and ethical conduct
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for congressional oversight
- Manage vendor contracts in accordance with federal procurement guidelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Law, or related field
- 3+ years federal compliance experience (GS-11 equivalent)
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Proficiency in federal regulatory frameworks (FAR, 48 CFR)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with veteran service programs preferred
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
