Responsibilities
- Analyze and implement federal compliance regulations for security protocols

- Develop training programs for personnel on federal compliance requirements
- Monitor legislative updates and adjust policies accordingly

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in federal compliance or security operations
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Expert knowledge of CFR Title 44 and DHS directives
- Proficient in audit methodologies and risk assessment frameworks
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects under tight deadlines
