Responsibilities
- Develop and implement healthcare program policies for veteran services in Wisconsin
- Analyze program performance data and recommend operational improvements
- Coordinate with federal, state, and community stakeholders to enhance veteran care delivery
- Manage grant funding processes and ensure compliance with federal regulations
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute veteran outreach initiatives

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- 3+ years of federal program management experience
- Proficiency in federal grant management and budget systems
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Knowledge of VA healthcare systems preferred
