Responsibilities
- Monitor federal regulations and ensure organizational compliance across Oklahoma City operations
- Conduct audits of state/local agency procedures against federal guidelines
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for DOJ leadership and congressional committees
- Coordinate inter-agency task forces for complex regulatory enforcement
- Develop training materials for state/local partners on federal compliance standards
- Investigate non-compliance incidents and recommend corrective actions
- Represent DOJ in regional compliance forums and stakeholder meetings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years experience with federal/state/local compliance frameworks
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Proficient in regulatory software (e.g., Compli, RegSync) and data analysis tools
- Strong understanding of 10 CFR, CFR Title 44, and Oklahoma state regulations
- Exceptional written communication skills for policy documentation
- Ability to work under pressure with competing deadlines
- U.S. citizenship and clean background check required
