Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce federal compliance across 15+ agency programs
- Conduct risk assessments for new healthcare regulations
- Develop SOPs for HIPAA and HITECH Act implementation
- Lead cross-departmental compliance audits
- Train staff on federal procurement protocols
- Prepare reports for Congressional oversight committees
- Coordinate with OMB and GAO for regulatory updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- 3+ years federal compliance experience
- Active Federal Security Clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Expertise in FAR/FTR regulations
- Knowledge of VA-specific compliance frameworks
- Certified Federal Investigator (CFI) preferred
- Experience with federal grant management systems
