Responsibilities
- Analyze federal regulations to ensure operational compliance for border security protocols

- Coordinate with state/local agencies to align security initiatives
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for senior leadership review
- Implement corrective action plans for regulatory deficiencies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years federal/state government compliance experience
- Active Secret Security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Advanced knowledge of CFR Title 42 and DHS regulations
- Proficient in audit software (e.g., ACL, IDEA)
- Valid Nebraska driver's license
- U.S. citizenship required
- Experience with cross-agency coordination preferred
