Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce federal regulatory compliance across assigned infrastructure projects
- Conduct weekend remote audits of security protocols and documentation
- Coordinate with federal agencies to ensure alignment with Homeland Security directives
- Generate detailed compliance reports and recommend corrective actions
- Train personnel on federal regulatory requirements and security procedures
- Respond to compliance inquiries and investigations within 24-hour SLA
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of federal compliance or security experience
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency with federal regulatory databases (e.g., FedConnect, SAM.gov)
- Exceptional written communication skills for report drafting
- Ability to work independently during weekend remote shifts
- Knowledge of NIST and DHS compliance frameworks
