Responsibilities
- Review and audit veteran benefit applications for regulatory compliance
- Document processing and case management in VA systems
- Collaborate with federal teams via secure telecommunication platforms
- Generate compliance reports for departmental leadership
- Update policies according to federal regulations
- Train junior staff on compliance protocols
- Respond to stakeholder inquiries within SLA guidelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal compliance experience
- GS-12 equivalent pay grade or higher
- Proficiency with VA systems and documentation software
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 7am-7pm CST)
- U.S. citizenship required
