Responsibilities
- Conduct weekend compliance audits for federal regulations across multiple agencies
- Analyze and interpret complex federal statutes and agency guidelines
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for senior leadership review
- Coordinate with weekend field teams for on-site inspections
- Maintain secure digital documentation systems during weekend operations
- Respond to urgent weekend compliance inquiries from stakeholders
- Support cross-agency weekend task force initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Law, or related field
- 3+ years federal compliance experience or equivalent
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Proficiency in GSA compliance tracking systems
- Exceptional analytical and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Knowledge of CFR Title 5 and agency-specific regulations
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
