Responsibilities

- Conduct weekend audits of security protocols and documentation systems
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for federal stakeholders
- Coordinate with weekend shift teams to implement corrective actions
- Maintain secure databases of compliance documentation
- Respond to weekend regulatory inquiries from federal agencies
- Train weekend staff on updated compliance procedures
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 3 years federal compliance or security-related experience
- Active federal security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency in regulatory documentation systems (e.g., FedRAMP)
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Valid Texas driver's license
- BS degree in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or related field
