Responsibilities
- Monitor compliance with federal regulations (VA, OMB, and DoD standards)
- Conduct internal audits and document review processes
- Develop corrective action plans for compliance gaps
- Train staff on policy updates and procedural changes
- Prepare quarterly compliance reports for congressional oversight
- Coordinate with DOJ and IG offices for investigations
- Maintain secure documentation per federal retention schedules
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 3+ years federal compliance or audit experience
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency in FedTrack and GSA systems
- Knowledge of FAR and DFARS regulations
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills
- U.S. citizenship required
- Ability to pass federal background investigation
