Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of federal contracts, from proposal to closeout, ensuring strict compliance with FAR regulations.
- Coordinate with government stakeholders and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Prepare and review complex contract documents, statements of work, and amendments.
- Monitor contract performance, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and generate detailed performance reports for leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal or state-level project management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance (preferred).
- Strong understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and agency-specific policies.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
