Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of federal contracts, from pre-award through close-out.
- Ensure strict compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and internal policies.
- Prepare and review complex contract documents, modifications, and reports.
- Communicate effectively with government stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor contract performance metrics and resolve compliance issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate, organized records for audits and reporting purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in federal contracting or government services.
- Strong working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and other government regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
