Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of federal contracts, from initiation to closeout.
- Ensure strict compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and internal policies.
- Prepare, review, and negotiate contract modifications and amendments.
- Monitor contract performance metrics and deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve contract disputes and issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to contract terms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in federal contract administration or government contracting.
- Familiarity with the FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and DFARS is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
