Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of federal contracts, including pre-award planning and post-award administration.
- Ensure strict compliance with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and agency-specific policies.
- Prepare and review contract modifications, change orders, and invoices for accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve contract issues.
- Track contract performance metrics and prepare detailed performance reports.
- Maintain organized and secure contract documentation and filing systems.
- Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and contract solicitations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in contract administration or government contracting.
- Deep understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DFARS.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
