Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle from proposal to closeout, ensuring all milestones are met.
- Ensure strict adherence to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and agency-specific compliance policies.
- Prepare and review complex contract documents, modifications, and invoices for accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with project managers and technical teams to identify contract risks and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and documentation within the company's contract management system.
- Communicate contract status updates to stakeholders and agency representatives regularly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or a related field is highly preferred.
- 3+ years of professional experience in federal contract administration or government contracting.
- Strong working knowledge of FAR compliance, government acquisition processes, and contract types.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear legal documents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and contract management software.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
