Responsibilities
- Manage federal contract documentation and compliance requirements
- Coordinate with government agencies and subcontractors on deliverables
- Analyze contract terms and negotiate modifications with stakeholders
- Monitor project budgets and ensure financial adherence to federal guidelines
- Prepare monthly performance reports for client review
- Maintain strict adherence to FAR/DFARS regulations
- Lead cross-functional teams to meet contractual milestones
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of federal contracting experience with DoD or civilian agencies
- Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) preferred
- Proficiency in FPDS-NG and other federal reporting systems
- Strong understanding of FAR Part 15 and acquisition regulations
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance
