Responsibilities
- Manage federal contract lifecycles from RFP submission to closeout
- Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS regulations and agency-specific requirements
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for deliverable execution
- Analyze contract risks and propose mitigation strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation in FPDS-NG and other systems
- Collaborate with government agencies on modifications and renewals
- Conduct cost analysis and budget forecasting for contract deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal contracting experience
- Active DAWIA Level II certification or equivalent
- Proficiency in FPDS-NG, SAM.gov, and GSA Advantage systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain government security clearance
