Responsibilities
- Manage federal procurement processes for veteran healthcare supplies and services
- Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS regulations and agency policies
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for contract execution
- Monitor contract performance and deliverables for quality assurance
- Prepare and maintain accurate contract documentation and reports
- Conduct market research and cost analysis for procurement decisions
- Collaborate with legal and financial teams for contract modifications
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years federal contracting experience
- FAR/DFARS certification or equivalent training
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field
- Proficiency in federal procurement software (FPDS-NG, eBuy)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Experience with veteran service organizations preferred
