Responsibilities
- Manage federal contract negotiations and compliance for Department of Defense projects
- Process daily timesheets and ensure immediate payment processing
- Coordinate with federal agencies on deliverable submissions and approvals
- Maintain strict adherence to FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) standards
- Prepare daily progress reports for government stakeholders
- Support contract modifications and renewal processes
- Track daily project milestones and deliverables
Qualifications
- 3+ years of federal contract administration experience
- Active DOD Secret clearance or ability to obtain immediately
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field
- Proficiency in FPDS-NG and other federal reporting systems
- Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations
