Responsibilities
- Manage federal contract lifecycle from RFP submission to closeout
- Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS regulations and agency requirements
- Coordinate with government stakeholders and vendor networks
- Develop and maintain contract documentation and performance metrics
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies for contractual obligations
- Support budget forecasting and financial reporting processes
- Maintain strict adherence to security protocols and data protection standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of federal contract administration experience
- Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or DAWIA Level II certification
- Proficiency in FPDS-NG and other federal procurement systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to regulatory compliance
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal security clearance
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with daily payroll processing systems
