Responsibilities
- Manage federal contracts from initiation to closeout ensuring FAR/DFARS compliance
- Develop RFPs and negotiate complex contract terms with government vendors
- Monitor contract performance metrics and deliverables against SLAs
- Coordinate cross-agency procurement initiatives with DHS partners
- Conduct cost analysis and budget forecasting for contract portfolios
- Maintain accurate contract documentation in FPDS-NG system
- Lead vendor relationship management and dispute resolution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal contracting experience (FAR/FAR Part 15)
- Active DOD Secret clearance or ability to obtain immediately
- CPCM or DAWP certification preferred
- Expertise in GSA Schedule contracts and IDIQ vehicles
- Advanced proficiency in FPDS-NG and SAM.gov systems
- Proven track record in high-value ($5M+) contract management
- Strong analytical skills with attention to regulatory compliance
