Responsibilities
- Manage federal contract lifecycles from solicitation to closeout
- Ensure strict compliance with FAR/DFARS regulations and agency-specific requirements
- Coordinate with government agencies and prime contractors on deliverables
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Prepare and maintain contract documentation including modifications and renewals
- Collaborate with legal and financial teams on contract disputes
- Maintain accurate records in federal procurement systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal contract management experience
- CFCM or DAWIA Level II certification preferred
- Proficiency in FPDS-NG and other federal procurement systems
- Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and agency-specific regulations
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain government security clearance
- Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical abilities
