Responsibilities
- Manage federal procurement processes including RFP/RFQ development and vendor evaluations
- Ensure strict compliance with FAR, DFARS, and Ohio state procurement regulations
- Coordinate deliverables across multiple federal agencies in Ohio and Kentucky
- Maintain accurate contract documentation and audit trails for GSA compliance
- Analyze market trends and pricing structures for federal contracts
- Liaise with Contracting Officers (KO) and Administrative Contracting Officers (ACO)
- Implement daily payment reconciliation for contract deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of federal contracting experience with FAR/DFARS knowledge
- Active DOD Secret clearance or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency in FPDS-NG and SAM.gov systems
- Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) preferred
- Strong analytical skills for cost/price analysis
- U.S. citizenship required
- Daily availability for on-site deliverable verification
