Responsibilities
- Manage federal procurement contracts for defense and civilian agencies
- Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS regulations and agency-specific requirements
- Coordinate with government stakeholders for deliverable submissions
- Maintain contract documentation in GSA systems (e.g., FPDS-NG)
- Analyze financial data for budget forecasting and reporting
- Lead cross-functional teams for complex contract execution
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years federal contracting experience with DOD/HHS agencies
- CPCM or CFC certification preferred
- Proficiency in FPDS-NG and WAWF systems
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- US citizenship required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP
