Responsibilities
- Manage federal procurement processes in compliance with FAR/DFARS regulations
- Coordinate with government agencies on contract modifications and renewals
- Prepare and negotiate contract terms, pricing, and deliverables
- Maintain accurate contract documentation and compliance records
- Conduct market research and cost analysis for procurement decisions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Support audit preparation and contract performance evaluations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal contracting experience
- Proficiency in procurement systems (e.g., FPDS, eSRS)
- Active DOD Secret clearance or ability to obtain
- Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
- Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) preferred
- Ability to work in a secure federal facility
