Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for federal clients across multiple regions, including Virginia and New York.
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security compliance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Active Public Trust Clearance or ability to obtain one.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, hardware, and virtualization technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft and Cisco ecosystems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
