Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation for federal projects and client deliverables.
- Conduct compliance reviews and ensure adherence to federal regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with federal stakeholders, team members, and management regarding project updates and milestones.
- Prepare detailed reports, briefings, and correspondence in support of agency objectives.
- Assist in the coordination of internal and external audits and quality assurance processes.
- Support the team in streamlining workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Respond to inquiries regarding program requirements and service deliverables in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen (required for federal contracting positions).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in federal contracting, administrative support, or a related government services sector.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with project management tools.
- Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a suitable background investigation/security clearance is preferred.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse audiences.
