Responsibilities
- Monitor inmate activities and maintain facility security during weekend shifts
- Conduct headcounts and perimeter checks to ensure compliance with federal regulations
- Respond to emergencies and enforce institutional policies with professionalism
- Document incidents and maintain accurate logs for federal reporting
- Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques as needed
- Collaborate with law enforcement partners during weekend operations
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and valid driver's license
- Minimum of 1 year correctional or law enforcement experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret security clearance
- Pass physical fitness and medical examinations
- Successful completion of federal background investigation
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Availability to work rotating weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
