Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors with professionalism, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Answer and screen incoming calls, taking detailed messages when necessary.
- Process and distribute incoming mail, packages, and interoffice documents efficiently.
- Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and maintain confidential records.
- Assist in the preparation of meeting materials and administrative support for federal staff.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- U.S. Citizenship is mandatory for this Federal position.
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative support is strongly preferred.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
