Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and portal systems during weekend shifts.
- Process and verify sensitive federal documentation and data entry tasks with 100% accuracy.
- Resolve complex issues by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor service levels and maintain strict adherence to federal compliance protocols.
- Assist in training new team members on standard operating procedures (SOPs) and software tools.
- Update records in secure databases and prepare weekly performance reports.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or federal contracting.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and some holidays.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and case management software.
- Clearance: Must be eligible for a government background check and security clearance (or possess a current clearance).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
