Responsibilities
- Respond to high-volume inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding federal and state programs.
- Assist constituents with application processes, document submissions, and benefit eligibility.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in the state database system.
- Resolve complex issues and escalate them to supervisors when necessary.
- Collaborate with other agency departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or public administration.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government databases (e.g., Georgia’s SMART4Me).
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or eligible for federal employment.
