Responsibilities
- Monitor, detect, and respond to cybersecurity incidents across federal networks
- Implement and maintain security protocols for classified and unclassified systems
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on critical infrastructure
- Develop incident response plans and coordinate with federal agencies during security breaches
- Ensure compliance with FISMA, NIST, and other federal cybersecurity standards

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity or information assurance
- Active CISSP, Security+, or CompTIA Security+ certification
- Familiarity with federal security frameworks (FISMA, NIST SP 800-53)
- Experience with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, IBM QRadar)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
