Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure network infrastructure systems
- Provide technical support for federal IT systems and cybersecurity protocols
- Manage cloud migration projects using AWS/Azure platforms
- Develop disaster recovery plans and conduct system vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams on national security technology initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) requirements
- Mentor junior IT staff and conduct technology training programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in federal IT environments
- Active Security+ CE certification or equivalent DoD 8570 compliance
- Proficiency in network administration (Cisco/Juniper) and cloud technologies
- Experience with federal procurement processes and ITIL framework
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Demonstrated project management skills with PMP or CompTIA Project+
