Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal healthcare datasets to identify trends and inform policy decisions
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder reporting
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, FISMA, and other federal data regulations
- Present findings to senior leadership and congressional committees
- Manage data integrity across multiple federal databases (SQL/Oracle)
- Lead cross-agency data integration projects for national health initiatives
- Maintain documentation of data methodologies and audit trails
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Health, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with federal healthcare data systems
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and R
- Certification in data visualization (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with federal compliance frameworks (HIPAA, FISMA)
- Strong security clearance eligibility or existing clearance
- Expertise in large-scale data warehousing and ETL processes
