- Collaborate with program managers to define data requirements and analytical frameworks
- Create executive-level presentations translating technical findings into actionable recommendations
- Perform data quality audits and implement data governance best practices
- Support federal grant reporting and performance metrics analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Health, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with federal or regulated industry exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and R programming
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js)
