Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R to produce actionable insights
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder presentations
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with federal security protocols (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliverables
- Implement automated data pipelines to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Present findings to senior leadership with clear visualizations and recommendations
- Stay current with evolving federal data standards and emerging analytical technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with federal government or regulated industry
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and statistical analysis tools (SAS, SPSS)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and ETL processes
- Familiarity with federal data security standards and compliance requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
