Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale federal datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for leadership reporting

- Ensure compliance with federal data governance standards (FISMA, HIPAA)

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years federal/government data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and R
- Tableau or Power BI certification required
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Knowledge of federal data privacy regulations
