Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets using advanced statistical methods and visualization tools
- Develop automated reporting systems to monitor key performance indicators for federal programs
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to ensure data integrity and compliance with federal regulations
- Present findings to senior leadership through compelling dashboards and executive summaries
- Design and implement data quality frameworks to maintain accuracy across federal systems
- Support strategic initiatives through predictive modeling and trend analysis
- Document methodologies and maintain comprehensive data dictionaries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of professional data analysis experience in government or regulated industries
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and R programming languages
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js)
- Familiarity with federal data standards (FIPS, NIEM) and compliance requirements
- Strong experience with statistical analysis and hypothesis testing methodologies
- Certification in data governance or federal data management (e.g., CDMP, CIPM)
