Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in security operations
- Design and maintain automated reporting dashboards for executive stakeholders using Tableau and Power BI
- Ensure strict adherence to federal data governance standards including FISMA and HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical data solutions
- Present findings through compelling visualizations and written reports for senior leadership
- Lead data quality initiatives including validation protocols and anomaly detection systems
- Support agency modernization efforts through cloud-based data infrastructure projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with federal compliance knowledge
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis tools
