- Present findings to senior leadership through clear visualizations and narratives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years analyzing federal/government datasets with security clearance eligibility
- Expertise in SQL, Python (Pandas), and statistical analysis tools
- Experience with federal reporting requirements (e.g., OMB, GAO)
