Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify security trends and anomalies
- Design and implement automated reporting dashboards for executive leadership review
- Ensure compliance with federal data governance standards (FISMA, HIPAA, and DHS protocols)
- Collaborate with IT teams to enhance data infrastructure and data quality initiatives
- Present complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders through visual storytelling
- Support continuous improvement of data analytics workflows and methodologies
- Maintain strict adherence to classified data handling procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with federal or government contracts
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Active federal security clearance or ability to obtain one within 90 days
- Deep understanding of federal data regulations and security protocols
- Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling methodologies
