Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using SQL, Python, and R
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards for federal agency stakeholders
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with FISMA, HIPAA, and other federal regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
- Document methodologies, processes, and findings in accordance with federal standards
- Present findings to senior leadership through visualizations and executive summaries
- Continuously optimize data collection systems to improve accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Public Policy, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably with federal/government datasets
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Deep understanding of federal data privacy regulations (FISMA, HIPAA, 21st Century CURES Act)
- Experience with ETL processes and large-scale database management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance (required)
