Responsibilities
- Analyze federal healthcare datasets to identify trends and anomalies using SQL, Python, and R
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for federal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, FISMA, and other federal data regulations
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to standardize data collection methodologies
- Present findings to senior leadership through clear visualizations and executive summaries
- Maintain data integrity across federal health information systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience with federal data systems and compliance protocols
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI (AWS/Azure Data Analytics a plus)
- Demonstrated experience with large-scale healthcare datasets
- Ability to obtain and maintain Federal government security clearance
